Cancellation
If an order is cancelled where work is already in progress, it will be subject to a cancellation charge.
Returns
If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but you longer require them they may be returned to us at your cost for repayment, excluding outgoing carriage charge and 15% handling charge. Returned items must still be unused, have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note.
Any personalised goods are excluded from this policy.
